    Most items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and meet our eligibility requirements. Electrical parts, special orders, and certain non-stock items may not be eligible.

    Contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RM#). Items must be unused and in original packaging.
    Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?
    Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to our error.
    Q. Can I return an item without the original packaging?
    No. Items returned without original packaging will be sent back. Use a separate shipping box or bag when returning.

    Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

    Most orders placed before 2PM CST ship the same business day unless otherwise noted.
    Q. Where do you ship from?
    We ship from multiple warehouses. Most orders originate from our main facility east of Nashville, TN.

    UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on location, size, and speed.
    Q. Do you guarantee delivery times?
    No, carrier delivery times are not guaranteed once the item ships.

    Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    Report within 5 days. Submit a photo of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Additional verification may be required.
    Q. What if tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
    We are not liable after carrier marks as delivered. Contact the carrier and check with neighbors or building management.

    Q. What kind of warranty do your parts come with?
    Most parts have a 2-Year/24,000-mile Limited Warranty. Bison Performance parts include a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
    Q. Is the Bison Performance warranty transferable?
    No. It applies only to the original purchaser and vehicle.
    Q. What if I sell the vehicle?
    The warranty becomes void if the part is transferred or the vehicle is sold.
    Q. Do I need documentation to file a warranty claim?
    Yes. Proof of purchase and possibly technical documentation or photos are required.
