266060 – Elring – Valve Cover Gasket
VW/Audi OE: 038103483D
The cover of your valvetrain takes a lot of abuse, mostly due to constant heat cycling as well as exposure to high temperature oil. Generally after around 8-10 years, valve covers become brittle and their ability to make a solid seal decreases. We carry valve cover gaskets for nearly every car we support, from SAAB, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Mini and more. This gasket is for 1.9 liter VW turbo diesels made in 2005 and 2006. More specifically the diesel Beetle, Golf, and Jetta.

811424 – Elring – EGR Valve Gasket
Mercedes-Benz OE: 1041420480, 104142048064
When oxygen and nitrogen (the ingredients to air) are heated to extreme temperatures, such as those found in the inside of an IC engine cylinder, they can bond to become NOx Nitrogen Oxide, which is a contributor to smog and atmospheric pollution. Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) is designed to reduce emissions by replacing some of the excess oxygen and nitrogen going into the cylinders with inert exhaust gasses. A valve is used to direct these exhaust gasses into the intake system when the engine is under low load conditions. When power is demanded, the EGR valve closes to allow the maximum amount of oxygen to enter the cylinders. When the gaskets for these valves go bad, they can cause exhaust leaks, intake leaks, poor idling, and any number of emissions related check engine lights. This EGR gasket is made of metal to cope with the extreme temperatures of the exhaust, and fits many Mercedes-Benz cars such as the 190E, 260E, 280CE, 280E, 300CE, 300E, 300SE, 300SEL, 300SL, 300TE, 450SEL, 450SL, 450SLC, 560SL, and E320.

625760 – Elring – Exhaust Manifold Gasket
VW/Audi OE: 037253039D
A leaky exhaust gasket will cause an exhaust leak that vents hot exhaust gasses into the engine bay and probably the cabin as well. It will also increase the amount of noise made by your engine by allowing exhaust to bypass the muffler. The exhaust manifold gasket is definitely something that should be changed every time you have the head off.

915213 – Elring – Intake Manifold Gasket
VW/Audi OE: 028129717D
When doing a head gasket, it’s very easy to damage the intake gasket upon removal. It’s always a good idea to order a fresh intake manifold gasket when you take the intake manifold off an engine. This intake manifold gasket fits 1.9l and 2.0l turbo diesel VW Beetle, Golf, Jetta, Passat.

150791 – Elring – Cylinder Head Gasket
VW/Audi OE: 03G103383K, 038103383CQ
The head gasket comprises the main seal between the cylinder head and cylinder block. It separates the combustion chambers from the oil and fluid passageways, and when the gasket begins to leak, it could result in any number of potential clues. The main signs are an oil and coolant mix, which resembles a chocolate milkshake in the coolant reservoir. Another clear sign of a head gasket leak is any coolant on the outside of the engine block, or white smoke (not blue) which is the result of coolant being burned in the cylinders. We carry hundreds of headgaskets, this particular Elring gasket fits a 2004 and 2005 VW Passat equipped with a Turbo Diesel 2.0 engine. 1.57mm; 2 Notch.

11129065639 – Elring – Cylinder Head Gasket
BMW/Mini OE: 11129065639, 11121269240, 11121717177
Here is another head gasket, for 6 cylinder BMW E23 7-series (733i), E24 6-series (633i), and E28 5-series (533i).

You are a very clever individual!
