Subframe bushings are mounts used to attach the subframe to the main chassis of the modern vehicle. The subframe is a critical assembly of your car, to which your suspension and drivetrain is bolted on to. Because of this, the subframe bushings take a large amount of abuse, while insulating the harshness of the road and engine from the chassis. Generally pressed into the subframe, your OEM rubber bushings will wear out over time.
