After confirming that a bulb itself is not bad, the bulb socket is the next logical place to inspect and test for power. Commonly corrosion on these sockets can cause error messages on the dash claiming a light bulb is out, when it isn’t, so try cleaning these first. If the contacts are especially bad, you will need to replace the socket.
