With the big show looming not so far in the distance, and a few warm days previewing us for the invariable awesome weather that will befall us June 9-10, we wanted to post an eEuroFest update to keep our attendees in the loop.  We have a few changes, and ticket orders are definitely starting to pick up.  It’s important to start out with some exciting new activities for VIP’s coming up, which will add value to the limited amount of VIP passes we have available.  We also need more swap meet vendors, and want to point out that early bird pricing ENDS SOON!  See eEuroFest.com for the early-bird countdown.

New Friday VIP Activities Added

Right now the VIP pass include two VIP entry tickets, which include general admission and access to the catered hospitality chalet. The VIP package also includes 20 autocross laps (can your car handle it?) so you can experience performance driving on Lime Rock Park’s 2/3 mile long track. Additional autocross tickets and passes for your friends will be purchasable at eEuroFest.  The VIP package also includes two entries into the car show, two camping pass, and two eEuroFest t-shirts. But wait there’s more!!  Here are a few activities we’ve added:

• Friday 6/9 Special VIP Only Auto-cross Session featuring the new eEuro Race Car & rented E92 M3’s from The Motorsports Experience
• Friday 6/9 BBQ for VIP Pass-holders, all camping-pass holders, and eEuroparts employees.
• Saturday 6/10 Ride Hot Laps Sponsored by The Motorsports Experience featuring their two E92 track cars.

Vendors Wanted for the Swap Meet

Last year for the show we had here, about 60% of our swap meet vendors registered in the week leading up to the event.  This made it tricky as we had to rearrange some things last minute.  With over 60 vendors last year selling rare and sought after European car parts under tents and out of trucks.  Huge piles of wheels and tires, NLA new old stock Saab parts, body panels, interior sets, engines, apparel.  Even some large dealer signs and full cars show up for sale.

We have a solid handful of people looking forward to clean out their garage and sell some parts to people that really need them, but of course we can do better than that.  Do the community a solid and do a quick look-over of your garage or basement.  If you have a pile of parts that you think someone else could use, register for a vendor spot on eEuroFest.com, which comes with two general admission tickets and a spot to set up a tent on our vendor midway.  Make some cash this June at eEuroFest.com!

Early bird pricing ends soon

If you are on the fence about signing up, your window to get in before the price of admission goes up is narrowing.  Remember that scene in Independance day when they are escaping the alien mothership with the doors closing?  Yea, it’s kind of like that.  Prices for VIP tickets will go from $200 to $350.  The enthusiast packages will go from $75 to $100, and the hobbyist package will go from $20 to $40.  Keep in mind if you want to purchase additional autocross tickets, they will be available at the event.  Buy tickets here.  Hurry, you have about 8 days left at time of posting to take advantage of these savings.    Don’t forget to start RSVPing to the event and sharing on Facebook!  That’s about all we have for now for this eEuroFest Update, stay tuned for more, and check out our new schedule on eEuroFest.com
